The location was ideal, right across from the shopping mall and near scenic seaside walkways. The staff, particularly Ross, provided amazing service, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped for our needs, including organic tea and coffee. We loved the added touch of watching free movies with the kids, and the BBQ deck was a fun bonus for evening gatherings.

I recently stayed for a week while on a business trip, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff were welcoming and attentive, always eager to help. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with great amenities. The location was fantastic, just minutes from shopping and the coastal walkway. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the fast Wi-Fi, which made working at night a breeze. The BBQ deck was an added bonus for some relaxation outdoors.

I had a pleasant stay at the Quest, enjoying its fantastic location close to restaurants and cafes. The room I stayed in was spacious, which was a big plus, and the kitchenette was well-equipped with everything I needed, including an oven and fridge. The continental breakfast was quite filling, offering a good variety of cereals, fruit, and drinks, which made my mornings hassle-free. The staff were generally helpful, enhancing my overall experience.

The separate bedroom on level 1 provided a cozy retreat, complete with comfortable furnishings that made me feel right at home. I appreciated the small ceiling height windows that let in just the right amount of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

One minor drawback was the absence of a view from the small windows—while they offered charm, they didn’t quite showcase the surroundings. Nonetheless, this was a small trade-off for the overall comfort provided by the apartment.

The venue was in a very central location very close to bars nearby, the waterfront, cafes and restaurants, and New Plymouth great location, friendly service and perfect size rooms. Got the same apartment with a comfortable bed booked online, enjoyed that...

A Convenient Spot

This place is awesome because it's right in the middle of everything. the staff are super friendly and helpful all the time, and the rooms have been recently redone so they look fresh and tidy. 🌟

Location: the hotel was near Close to the waterfront, and somewhere in New Plymouth with a kitchen. The breakfast was appropriate, there were coffee and slices of fresh bread.

The room was exceptionally well maintained and clean. Felt very welcoming. All staff I met were extremely obliging. The location was very central to everything we wanted to do - important as we had no vehicle with us.

No coffee plunger for the coffee. A manual for the dishwasher would have been good - cycles very long, and the machine turned off when we removed the key to go out. Fridge was very noisy intermittently - finally solved by turning down thermostat.

The apartment was clean, in a good location, car park was essential. Shops and restaurants were in easy reach.

Decor was so boring! I like colour and warmth and I hate brown. You could do a lot more with some good design - just my opinion. It is Taranaki where I lived for about 17 years and the apartment does not reflect the area - sun, sea, surf................................

The hotel was fairly clean and had amazing views of the ocean. Everything was excellent. the venue had a marvelous location feet from an excellent museum. There was a great restaurant, a market, and retail stores next door.

The apartments were lovely and clean . We really enjoyed them and would go back.

The only complaint I would have is we had to pay $ 22 for 2 nights parking as there is no parking at all in the city on a week day .

The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful, and the room is affordable.
